My Story

Biodynamic and Integrative Psychotherapist, Graduate of Tracht Psychotherapy Foundation, Kinvara. Fully Accredited member of The Irish Association of Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy (I.A.H.I.P.), adhering to their code if Ethics. Qualified Group Facilitator with a Diploma in Training and development awarded by the Irish Institute of Training and development (I.I.T.D.)

Having over 25 years experience working with individual clients and groups, I have delivered many diverse workshops and programs with numerous organisations in my role as a Psychotherapist and Group Facilitator. There is no greater learning than that gleaned from life itself, and I have journeyed through many personal experiences and challenges, bringing me deeper into my own inner self, healing many aspects of myself, and this journey and it's learning had led me to great personal happiness.

Working with me...

Biodynamic Psychotherapy is a humanistic discipline and focuses on the interaction between mind and body. The aim of my work is to help the person restore their natural capacity for self regulation which is the power to express, digest and resolve the consequences of stressful experiences. I see each person as unique and choose the therapy best suited to the persons needs. Working with a wide range of issues including: Difficulties with relationships and communication, stress, bereavement, anger and fear, shame, perfectionism and anxiety, loneliness, lack of direction and life purpose. My approach is welcoming, non judgmental, compassionate and kind. I am very passionate about my work, and working with my clients brings me immense joy as I know that they hold such great ability to bring about powerful change to their lives, just as I have done. I always say to people 'never underestimate the power of talking with someone that truly listens' Psychotherapy can be challenging, yet a fascinating way of getting to know yourself at a very deep level. It would be my honor to accompany you on your journey of self realisation and personal transformation, and I look forward to the rewarding path that lies ahead for your new future.
