We are Hiring an Adolescent Psychotherapist
As our practice continues to grow, Children, Adolessence & Beyond Psychotherapy is seeking an Adolescent Psychotherapist to join our busy and supportive team.
Working with adolescents requires a specialist understanding of the unique challenges young people face as they navigate emotional, social, educational, and developmental changes. We are looking for a therapist who is passionate about supporting young people and helping them build resilience, confidence, and emotional wellbeing.
The ideal candidate will:
• Hold a recognised qualification in Adolescent Psychotherapy
• Be accredited or working towards accreditation with a recognised professional body
• Have training and experience in working with adolescents
• Demonstrate strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Be committed to ethical and evidence-based practice
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a growing multidisciplinary service dedicated to supporting children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. These positions are based in Tuam, Co. Galway, with the opportunity to provide both in-person and online sessions.

We are Hiring an EMDR Therapist (Adult & Adolescent Trained)
As our practice continues to expand, Children, Adolessence & Beyond Psychotherapy is seeking an EMDR Therapist who is trained to work with both adults and adolescents to join our growing team.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) is a well-established therapeutic approach that supports individuals in processing traumatic experiences, reducing distress, and moving towards recovery and wellbeing. We are looking for a compassionate and skilled therapist who is passionate about helping clients navigate life's challenges and achieve meaningful change.
The ideal candidate will:
• Hold a recognised qualification in Adult & Adolescent Psychotherapy, Counselling, Psychology, or a related mental health profession
• Have completed accredited EMDR training
• Be experienced in working with both adolescents and adults
• Be accredited, or working towards accreditation, with a recognised professional body
• Demonstrate excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Be committed to ethical, evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development
