Our
Services
I am an integrative psychotherapist working with both adults and adolescents. My approach is
rooted in flexibility and respect, drawing on a wide range of therapeutic models to meet each
person where they are. I believe there is no single path to healing or growth; instead, therapy
should adapt to the individual, recognising and honouring their unique needs, strengths, and
ways of being in the world.
In my work with adolescents, I place strong emphasis on also engaging with parents. I
understand that change and growth rarely happen in isolation family dynamics,
communication, and relationships play a vital role in a young person’s wellbeing. Supporting
parents to feel resourced and confident is an important part of my practice, as it creates a
foundation for meaningful and lasting change within the whole family system.
I have specialised training in both adult and adolescent psychotherapy, as well as in the
assessment and support of neurodivergent clients. I am neurodiversity-informed and deeply
committed to affirming and supporting neurodivergent individuals. I value diverse minds,
perspectives, and lived experiences, and I work from the belief that difference should be
celebrated rather than pathologised. My aim is to provide a therapeutic space that is safe,
grounded, and respectful, a place where people can explore, grow, and connect more fully
with themselves and others.
Beyond my professional training, my personal journey has greatly influenced the way I work.
I have experienced the joys and challenges of parenting, and I understand first-hand the
complexity of supporting children and adolescents as they navigate their own unique paths.
This lived experience has given me deep compassion for parents who may feel overwhelmed,
uncertain, or in need of guidance. It has also strengthened my belief in the resilience of young
people and the importance of offering them the opportunity to discover who they are and who
they can become.
My practice is also about supporting adults at different stages of their lives. I work with
clients who are seeking greater clarity, direction, and meaning whether they are facing
challenges, processing past experiences, or wanting to create new possibilities for their
future. Therapy provides a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with one’s authentic self,
and it is a privilege to accompany people on that journey.
I am committed to continual learning and development, ensuring that my practice remains
current, informed, and responsive to the needs of those I work with. I regularly engage in
further training, supervision, and professional development, believing that growth as a
therapist mirrors the growth I encourage in my clients.
At the heart of my work is patience, compassion, and a genuine joy in walking alongside
people as they navigate their lives. Whether with parents, adolescents, or adults, my focus is
always on fostering connection, building resilience, and supporting individuals to become
who they truly are.
I currently offer psychotherapy in both Tuam and Claremorris, where I welcome clients into a
safe and supportive environment that honours their individuality and their capacity for
growth.
