Workshop Description:

This interactive, practice-based workshop offers supervisors the opportunity to engage in live supervision and role play in real time. Through experiential learning, participants will explore interventions, responses, and reflective processes as they unfold, building confidence in managing complexity, rupture, and repair within supervision.

Creative interventions and group dynamics will be used to illuminate the many ways supervisors can support therapists working with complex cases and the options that exist for supportive supervision alongside clinically safe options of support.
