Course Description:

Working with child and adolescent therapists/ supervisees brings unique challenges—from safeguarding and developmental understanding to navigating complex family dynamics. This workshop explores supervision through the developmental lens, helping supervisors attune to the pace, process, and parallel experiences that emerge when supporting therapists working with young people.

Facilitated by Gina Dermody, specialist in Adolescent, Young Adult & Family Therapy, each session supports creative adaptation, safe boundaries, and meaningful connection in supervisory work.
