Course Description:

As supervisors, we are called to hold space not only for clinical complexity, but for the rich diversity of human experience. This experiential workshop invites reflection on how culture, class, gender, age, race, neurodiversity, sexuality, belief systems, and life experience shape our supervisory relationships.

Together, we will explore how power, privilege, positionality, and identity influence supervision, and how moments of tension or misunderstanding can become opportunities for growth, connection, and transformation in the therapeutic space. Facilitated by Gina Dermody, clinical supervisor and specialist in Adolescent, Young Adult & Family Therapy.
